Intervention With the Domestic Violence Offender

Domestic Violence crosses all social, ethnic, cultural, age, class and gender lines. It occurs and is prosecuted at epidemic rates. It destroys intimate relationships, devastates children in many ways and for the offender incurs legal consequences that are far reaching regarding employment, travel and the ownership of weapons.

At James J. Foster & Associates, Ltd domestic violence programs are designed to assist participants in ending their violence, thereby protecting their loved ones and decreasing the likelihood of subsequent arrests. Additional programs are simultaneously available for those that require drug and alcohol treatment and/or mental health treatment.

Participants who meaningfully participate and fully comply with the program requirements not only fulfill their legal requirements but prepare themselves to have a much more fulfilling and rewarding life with their current or future partners and with their children.
